This position will supervise the execution of special events for enrollment management (primarily admissions, may also involve other enrollment management events). Key responsibilities will include the following: management of a student team charged with event setup and day-of-event logistics for large-scale events like Discover Berry and small-scale events like counselor workshops and scholarship interviews; communication with faculty, staff, and student participants regarding event details; supervision and training of student workers; and assistance with overall event preparation such as preparing packets, nametags, and signage.
Student is expected to be available for at least 80% of the events each semester, which typically fall on evenings and weekends. Work hours are also available during regular business hours (M-F, 8-5) if desired.
