Job Description
  • Work closely with the CPPD Office and Events Manager, Abby Mayne, to plan department-wide functions and manage daily department workflow. 
  • Support the working group of student supervisors from each of the CPPD offices. 
  • Develop training and procedural content for student worker professional development. 
  • Train and manage other student workers as the position develops. 
  • Opportunity for long-term advancement between levels 3-5. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Strong professional etiquette over email (Outlook) and phones. 
  • Prior office work experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams. 
  • Sophomore or Junior student. 
  • Desire to grow and improve yourself and your surroundings. 
  • Autonomous worker and creative thinker. 
  • Prior attendance to CPPD events or appointments.
