Advancement Operations Assistant III supports the Advancement Operations department by ensuring we have accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management database). Responsibilities Include: - Daily updating of alumni contact information
- Daily logging of registrations on Salesforce for upcoming alumni events
- Assisting with department mailings as needed
- Cleaning up data in Salesforce
- Training other students in relevant softwares
- Other office tasks as needed
