Same as intermediate plus..able to perfrom a Preventive Maintenance service on a car/truck/and or mower, simple diagnoses of problems on a car/truck/and or mower, able to perform simple engine diagnoses device, perform simple service calls to repair car/trucks/and or equipment, must be able to stay busy and complete tasks without full supervision.
