The Kinesiology Office Assistant provides support for the Department of Kinesiology. Job responsibilities are as follows: - Greet office visitors and direct them to the appropriate faculty office
- Check incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep track of office supply inventory with assistance of office staff
- Clean kitchenette area using wipes to clean out microwave, wipe down counters and other areas as needed
- Create written and electronic communications via email or other communication tools
- Update faculty semester schedules
- Assist with basic office tasks such as copying, answering phone calls, and creating documents, and organizing files
- Maintains professional workspace and upkeep of office equipment
- Develop career-readiness competencies
- Other duties as assigned
