Job Description	Oversee event scheduling, setup and takedown of GNC, ensuring that the space is prepared and returned to its original condition after each event Manage technical elements of events, including audiovisual equipment, lighting, and other technical needs Develop and implement student worker rotations to ensure adequate coverage during events and regular operating hours Supervise student workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the GNC space Assisting with the promotion and marketing of GNC events and initiatives Collaborate with student organizations and campus departments to schedule and coordinate events in the GNC Provide support for special projects or initiatives related to the GNC as needed. Provide logistical support for B&CE office-sponsored meetings, events, programs, etc. Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements	Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Experience with event planning and coordination. Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and technical support preferred. Commitment to promoting Good Neighbor Culture on campus.
