The LifeWorks student team is an integral part of LifeWorks, Berry College’s signature student employment program. Housed under the Center for Personal and Professional Development. LifeWorks supports supervisors and students across more than 180 departments by facilitating student development of professional and transferrable skills through hands-on learning. The LifeWorks Office Assistant will receive in-depth training on the systems that keep our student work program running smoothly: JobX, TimesheetX, Jenzabar, and Teams among others. Student staff review and approve jobs, approve hires, and respond to inquiries by email and phone from supervisors, students, and other campus partners. Aside from the technical aspects of LifeWorks, our student team is expected to deliver high-quality customer service to all guests who visit us in the office, and to help with events such as new student orientation, job fairs, and student work week, as well as other events in the CPPD as needed. For the 24-25 school year, we are looking for an office assistans who also has experience in event planning/management. Our upper-level LifeWorks jobs include office operations as well as other areas of focus, and we would like to hire a new student interested in both student employment and event planning. |
