- Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours a week with minimal 1.5-hour blocks of time - Willingness to learn job-specific competencies - Ability to work independently and part of a team - Adaptability in response to shifting daily priorities and responsibilities - Detail-oriented attitude when completing tasks - Interpersonal skills in working with the public - Basic proficiency with computers and common administrative software (Outlook, word processors, etc.) - Driving Requirements: As the museum is not located on Berry’s main campus, student employees are required to organize their own transportation to and from work. Completing certain tasks across the museum property requires the use of museum golf carts and/or vans. At minimum, students are expected to have a provisional license to complete daily museum tasks unless accommodations are needed. Van usage requires a Class C or equivalent license. |
