The Volleyball Director of Operations supports the coaching staff in the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the collegiate volleyball program. This intermediate-level role focuses on game day execution, travel planning, and logistical coordination to ensure smooth program operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with game day setup, equipment, and operational needs.
• Organize and manage team travel logistics, including meals.
• Assist with communication of team information.
• Support video coordination, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in athletics operations or team management preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
