Manages multiple bookkeeping and data management projects and activities. Frequently works independently. Works with all office members in obtaining receipts for all necessary purchases. Tracks and manages purchase requests and all online, walk-up box office, merchandise sales and donations. Acts as bookkeeper ensuring all accounts are kept up to date providing account breakdowns and reports as required by Theatre faculty. Management of all financial data. General office duties and light to moderate lifting and physical work is required. |
