This position showcases work skills in the ESS gardens that have been developed through work as a Field Research and Agricultural Associate. The student supervises entry level and associate Field Research and Agricultural Labor Workers. Collaborates with faculty/staff supervisors to develop comprehensive lists of necessary tasks for each week and relays them and demonstrates to other student workers.
Work for at least one school year as Dependability, ability to demonstrate skills and practices needed to manage gardens at BCEMS and Dogwood Gardens, and supervise others.
