The Intramural Official role is within the Berry College Department of Recreation which includes the teams of Fitness, Intramurals, Nutrition, BOLD, Outdoor Rec, Risk Management, and Marketing & Communication. This role within the Intramural team would report to the Intramural Student Director, Intramural Lead Officials, and Intramural Supervisors, with the primary role of an Intramural Official being to assist the Intramural Student Director and Intramural Lead Officials in supporting day-of event needs. These responsibilities may also be related to specifics surrounding team play such as monitoring each team created for a sport (IM Leagues), coordinating with free agents, and communicating with the captains of each team once created about required meetings, defaults/forfeit concerns, etc. Duties may also include attending meetings and trainings, event set-up and takedown, and completing related paperwork (i.e. game sheets/score cards, nightly reports, IM League updates, any incident/accident reports) under supervision of the Intramural Lead Officials. *Currently hiring for Fall 2025 - with the potential for early hire to complete Spring 2025 training as needed. |
