Job Posting: Office Manager – Photography Department (Student Worker)

Department: Office of Marketing and Communications
Position Type: Office Manager 

Overview:
The Office of Marketing and Communications Photography Department seeks a highly organized student to manage scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for Communications or Marketing students to collaborate with departments within the Office of Marketing and Communications and across campus. This is not a content creator role. No photography or video experience required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate photo shoots, managing the department calendar.
  • Communicate with campus partners to confirm details.
  • Prepare materials and logistics for assignments.
  • Maintain records, files, and office supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Archive photos and videos. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

Hours:
10 Plus hours weekly, flexible around class schedules.
