This role is an excellent opportunity for Communications or Marketing students to collaborate with departments within the Office of Marketing and Communications and across campus. This is not a content creator role. No photography or video experience required. Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate photo shoots, managing the department calendar.
- Communicate with campus partners to confirm details.
- Prepare materials and logistics for assignments.
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Archive photos and videos.
