Peer Outreach Assistance for Peer Educator Program Position Type: Student Worker (First-Year Students Encouraged to Apply) Hours: Flexible, approx. 2–3 Hours/Week Compensation: Hourly Pay Position Overview: The Peer Outreach Assistant promotes student well-being through creative and thoughtful outreach across campus. This position focuses on sharing positive, encouraging messages and resources to support mental health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: - Pot-Thoughts Installation: Hang “Pot-Thoughts” (inspirational and wellness-themed messages) in all campus restroom stalls once per month.
- Flyer Canvassing: Distribute flyers around campus as needed to promote wellness events, workshops, and resources.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure materials are displayed neatly and remain up to date, removing outdated postings as required.
- Collaborative Communication: Work with the Peer Educator team to coordinate distribution schedules and receive updated content.
Preferred Qualifications: - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
