The Evans School Communications and Office Managers will have the dual responsibilities of collaborating to create and distribute Evans School digital content and to manage the use of the Evans Living Room spaces. This includes creating and distributing content on the Evans School Social Media platform(s); developing and producing a weekly newsletter featuring news and events from across the school; and implementing a reservations system for Living Room spaces. The Communications and Office Managers will interact with teh school dean, department chairs, and administrative staff to: - Oversee the development and implementation of a communication strategy that advances the strategic goals of the school;
- Create a regular newsletter distribution schedule and to expand the Evans School social media audience and engage with other Berry social media accounts;
- Create and publish content that promotes events and shares engaging stories about faculty and student accomplishments and experiences.
They will interact with the schoo dean, administrative staff, and the Evans Living Room Committee to: - Implement a plan for the use of Living Room spaces;
- Oversee a reservation system for Evans Living Room spaces;
- Monitor and see to the replenishment of any supplies that may be made available in the space.
