· Synthesize prior SGA board experiences, procedures, and best practices into comprehensive and accessible documentation to ensure organizational continuity · Compile, maintain, and update transition sheets and handoff materials for outgoing and incoming SGA Executive Board members · Collect, organize, and archive documents and records from previous SGA boards using shared digital platforms · Organize and manage SGA Microsoft Teams · Create and coordinate training schedules for newly elected or appointed SGA Executive Board members · Support overall operational stability of the Student Government Association through administrative and organizational assistance |
