Job Description

The Land Management Student Specialist assists with the daily operation and stewardship of managed land and wildlife areas. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment such as tractors, skid steers, trucks, and related implements. The position involves planting, maintaining, and monitoring food plots; creating and enhancing wildlife habitat; and supporting land improvement projects. The specialist also assists with managed hunts, including preparation, guiding support, and field dressing harvested animals. Additional duties include accurate data entry and record keeping related to hunts, feeding programs, and land management activities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in conservation, land stewardship, and wildlife management.

Job Requirements

Valid Drivers License 

Ability to operate farm and land equipment

work outside year round in all types of weather

knowledge of wildlife habitat, feeding, harvesting and guiding hunts 

occasional early and late hours including weekends
