The Office Assistant supports the Chemistry Lab Staff Supervisor by helping with filing, purchasing, and departmental documentation. This role focuses on keeping the department organized by managing paperwork, maintaining both digital and physical records, and ensuring documents are properly tracked and filed. The Office Assistant may also assist in preparing materials for safety meetings and training while working closely with the Director and Supervisors. This person should be instrumental in supporting employee onboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance.The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow filing and documentation procedures. |
