Job Description

The Athletics Mental Health Communications Coordinator is responsible for promoting all mental health initiatives within the athletic department. This role is a great fit for a student who is creative, organized, and interested in marketing, communication, and event planning. 

  • Manage social media content related to mental health initiatives 

  • Create and send consistent email communication to coaches and student-athletes 

  • Advertise workshops, peer mentoring, and campus partnerships 

  • Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations and promotional materials 

  • Coordinate logistics such as booking rooms and scheduling events 

  • Support planning and execution of mental health programs 
Job Requirements

  • Interest in marketing, communication, or event planning 

  • Strong written communication skills 

  • Comfortable using social media and presentation software 

  • Highly organized with attention to detail 

  • Creative and proactive
