Job Description

This position will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of special enrollment management events and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities will include the following: communication with faculty, staff, and student participants regarding event details; compilation and assistance with analysis of evaluation data following an event; management of small-scale events (ie. setting up catering and location for small counselor workshop) or select components of large-scale events (ie. creating content and working with design team to produce handouts for Discover Berry); and assistance with overall event preparation such as preparing packets, nametags, and signage. Will participate in day-of-event direction. Most work is completed during regular business hours: M-F, 8 am-5 pm; typically one additional Saturday per month for scheduled events.

Job Requirements

Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; experience working with or volunteering for campus events (preferably with prospective students); strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; attention to detail extremely important; familiarity with the mission and policies of the college and the enrollment management division; must have served in Level 1 position.
