Assists with the set-up, scheduling, and logistics of all external and internal special events.
Scans documents into electronic filing system.
Assists with correspondence to faculty, staff, and Board of Trustees.
Maintains office inventory.
Serves and interfaces with faculty, staff, Cabinet members, Board of Trustees and campus visitors.
Assists with essential responsibilities necessary for the successful operation of the office such as greeting guests, answering the telephone, sending emails, etc.
