Job Description

Perfect job for those needing flexible hours. Must have previous experience with setting up events at Berry.  Works with Event Coordinator to determine the best course of action to serve guests using Oak Hill's meeting and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include: opening and closing of facilities for after-hour and weekend groups, setting the front gates, working long hours during weddings, driving golf carts, set up parking patterns for large number of guests, and any other jobs that would meet the needs of our guests. Must be able to problem solve and be good under pressure. Be familiar with the location of all receptacles and light switches, and have a keen understanding what areas are off limits to groups.  Flexible Hours are available. 

Job Requirements

Must have the ability to work after 5 p.m on workdays and Saturdays with occasional responsibilities before 8:30 a.m. Some events such as wedding can be long days. Needs to work well with different personalities, and be able to think on your feet. Be flexible and most of all--VERY reliable.  MUST HAVE CAR.
