Job Description

Students will be given the opportunity to help support Apple resources around campus. Students will learn all about Macs, iPhones, iPads, and multimedia equipment in classrooms. Students will be trained through mentoring and hands on learning. Once trained, students will help deploy new Macs and iPads across campus to faculty and staff, and work one on one with faculty and staff in resolving problems they may have. 

Job Requirements

Previous knowledge is not neccasary, but a desire to learn is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a focus on wanting to help people, and a desire to further their knowledge about Macs, iPads, and iPhones.

Once hired, students are given the opportunity to take industry recognized IT certifications. Study materials and exams are provided at no cost.
