Uploads and indexes all documents into Feith.
• Closely monitors all Feith procedures and regularly communicates with File and Budget Management to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepares Purchase Orders for professional staff.
• Assists in the training of new employees (coordinator).
• Attends meetings with the Office of Information and Technology to continue developing Feith and initiating forward progress of indexing methods.
• Meets with File and Budget Manager weekly.
• Serves and interfaces with faculty, staff, Cabinet members, Board of Trustee members, and campus visitors.
