Job Description

Scope of Position:

The Operations Intern is responsible inventorying, and storing goods that heavily support WinShape Camps programming and operations. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and record keeping for a multi-million-dollar inventory. This person will have a strategic focus on instilling LEAN practices within the processes and operations that prepare program teams to host local, regional, and national events. They will demonstrate servant leadership through daily interactions with WinShape Ministries.

They will demonstrate servant leadership through daily interactions with WinShape Ministries.

Reports toSenior Manager, Procurement

Responsibilities:

  •         Helps maintain multi-million-dollar inventory list within a 45,000+ sq. ft. warehouse of items to support local, regional, and national events.    
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible while working with a team and/or independently
  • Exhibit the following competencies: dependability, team player, job knowledge, initiative, problem-solving, communication, project organization/management, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and delegation.
  • WinShape Camp Experience preferred 
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to WinShape Foundation vision and core values
  • Sophomore Status or above.
