Job Description

Qualifications: Be a mature, responsible Christian; theological and faith 
perspective aligns with the church; pass background check;
ability to follow Child Protection Policies; works well with 
youth and adult volunteers


Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per week
Sunday: 9am to noon
Wednesday: 5:45pm to 7:15pm

Planning and preparation
The position is on a school schedule: August - May.
Hours and pay for the summer will be negotiated with 
supervisor.
Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under supervision of pastor work with Youth Ministry Team to plan and 
implement youth ministry
- Lead Wednesday night youth Bible Study
- Participate in youth Sunday School with an adult teacher
- Plan and facilitate at least one activity per month, such as: fun activities (bowling, 
skating, laser tag, etc.), mission projects (volunteering at food pantry, Community 
Brunch), Missions Madness, Fall Retreat, etc.
- Develop relationships with youth and support them in their spiritual, emotional, 
and social growth
- Participate in worship leadership
- Other duties as assigned
