The Advancement Office is the chief fundraising department on campus, seeking to raise funds and awareness for Berry College scholarships and programs that meet the needs of current students. The Office Assistant Student Supervisor joins the Advancement staff in creating seamless operations and processes for donors and campus partners. Essential Functions include the following: • Managing scanning letters, gift acknowledgements, research information and other documents • Managing the indexed and scanned files into the data system in FEITH • Creates and manages student worker schedules and oversees work projects for students • Completes any small projects assigned by a gift officer or other Advancement staff member. • Trains student work team and mentors |
