Department Summary: The Worship Team Leader will lead the College Church worship team. The Worship Team's mission is to lead weekly chapel services, connecting songs and Scriptures with the message for each Sunday to form spiritually enriching worship services for Berry students and staff. Position Summary: The Worship Team Leader will plan weekly worship services, choosing weekly set lists and Scriptures, creating song sheets or PowerPoints, and scheduling rehearsals between band members. This advanced position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in leadership functions and develop essential skills for future career advancement. Essential Functions: • Coordinate with the Chaplain to craft an order of service for weekly chapel services and input information into planning center - Lead rehearsals, team meetings, and services - Train other worship team members - Manage all logistics related to weekly chapel services |
