Job Description
1. Manage all internal and external scheduling requests via email and phone, including answering questions
2. Responsible for handling basic deposits, payments, and receipts for events with the Cashier’s Office
3. Assist with other office responsibilities as requested
4. Provide facility tours to prospective event hosts 
5. Approve Campus Calendar requests, and ensure the calendar stays up to date.
6. Ensure that buildings are unlocked and requested supplies are prepared for guests
7. Assist with setups, tear downs, sound management, parking, golf carts, and facility coordination for weddings and events as necessary on evenings and weekends
8. Check in periodically with the event host, and assist with handling all event or setup-related responsibilities and requests throughout the event
9. Complete venue check after each event, reporting any damages or issues
10. Communicate with the event team and supervisor on call, as necessary, before, during, and after the event
11. Being present for the duration of the event from when the event host arrives until all guests have left
12. Assist Wedding Coordinator with handling wedding inquires, concerns, etc.
13. Additional responsibilities and duties as necessary and appropriate
Job Requirements
1. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, especially in challenging situations
2. Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week including evenings and weekends for events
3. Flexible and “quick on your feet” to problem solve and make changes as necessary 
4. Willingness and excitement to assist campus personnel with all event and scheduling needs
5. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
6. Superb organization skills in managing email accounts, as well as digital files
7. Able to work under pressure and facilitate a positive environment when working with a variety of clients
8. Desire to ask questions as necessary and continue to learn as much as possible
9. Proficient in basic office and computer skills
