Job Description
Students in this position will be expected to write and edit press releases promoting a wide range of Berry College events and initiatives. Assignments will range from simple calendar items to full-blown news releases publicizing institutional achievements and individual honors garnered by faculty, staff and students. Students also provide editing support for the Berry College website and the Berry magazine. May also assist with marketing projects as needed.
 
Job Requirements

Seniors and Juniors preferred. Communication and English majors preferred; solid writing and editing skills a necessity; working knowledge of AP Stylebook and prior publications experience a plus. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and a quick learner who responds well to deadline pressure. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., a definite plus.
