The Alumni Center Assistant works as part of the Alumni Relations Office, which is responsible for developing and strengthening a pipeline of engaged alumni through the entire lifecycle, ultimately resulting in increased levels of participation and giving. Additionally, the Alumni Relations Office manages the Alumni Center and provides a venue and resources for both on and off-campus groups. The Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the alumni center and the department. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience, professionalism, teamwork, with the possibility for future advancement.Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours events in the evenings or on weekends. Preferred availability is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, we are open to discussing a flexible schedule.
