Job Description	The Bicycle Technician Trainee is an entry-level position for students who are passionate about bicycles and eager to learn the skills necessary to perform basic bike repairs and manage the bike shop independently. This role focuses on hands-on training and mentorship from experienced upper-level student technicians.
Job Requirements	Strong Work Ethic & Willingness to Learn: You will be asked to learn complicated tasks related to bike repair and shop operations as well as basic labor tasks like cleaning the shop, organizing inventory, and taking out the trash. Excellent Communication Skills: You will work as part of the bike shop team and will also interface with customers so it is critical that you work well with others and communicate clearly.
