Job Description |
Department Summary: The Teaching Support Associate will join the Communication department, which is dedicated to providing effective teaching and mentoring to students enrolled in our courses. The department's mission is to prepare students with competitive skillsets and knowledge for entering the field of communication. Position Summary: The Teaching Support Associate will perform leadership, organization, and classroom management tasks in support of the lead instructor of record.
Essential Functions: • Create lesson preparation including collecting research on various subjects throughout the semester. • Review lessons and lectures with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups and offer additional guidance to those students who may be struggling. • Supervise and manage students in class. • Collaborate with lead instructor to identiify issues and recommend solutions. |

Job Requirements |
• Advanced knowledge in the field of communication • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. |
