Job Description

Assist Hospitality and Events Director and Assistant Director to prepare and manage financial records for the department: revenue reports, invoicing, creating contracts, expense and insurance reporting. Manage year-round preparation for camp groups including creating camp calendar grid, creating camp contracts, collecting required documents from groups, data entry and invoice creation and tracking. Particiapte in customer meetings, tours, events to round out experience.

Job Requirements

Profeciency in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis in Excel. Good communication and critical thinking skills a must. Self motivated to manage regular tasks and also oversee general department financial timelines.
