Worship Leader / Vocal Arranger Intern

The Worship Leader / Vocal Arranger Intern will collaborate with the Worship Pastor and Music Director to develop and implement music for weekly rehearsals and worship services for Hollywood Church. The Worship Leader / Vocal Arranger will be responsible for arranging lead vocals and background vocals for song selections within the worship set and for the development of vocalists using vocal coaching and training techniques. The style of music is primarily modern worship; however, elements of gospel, rhythm and blues, jazz, pop, rock and classical genres are also incorporated. 

The Worship Leader / Vocal Arranger must not only demonstrate a high level of proficiency in vocal performance but also demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills. Recognizing that the position is a highly visible and influential one, he or she must possess excellent Christ-like character and a strong theological foundation that informs every aspect of life. The style of music is primarily modern worship; however, elements of gospel, rhythm and blues, jazz, pop, rock and classical genres are also incorporated.
