The Summer Ministry Specialist will lead the Peer Ministry Team, which is dedicated to outreach and discipleship initiatives that seek to meet tangible needs and provide opportunities for spiritual formation in the Berry community. Position Summary: The Summer Ministry Specialist will guide the planning, preparation, and execution of Peer Ministry events as well as College Church services. The primary roles of the Ministry Team Leader will be to facilitate meetings, delegate tasks, and work alongside others to create spiritually formative experiences, execute weekly services, and support the various ministries of the Chaplain's Office. Essential Functions: - Updating spiritual resources - Overseeing Summer College Church - Planning spiritual formation programming for the year - Prepare all special services for the year |
