1. Oversight of front desk at the Oak Hill Residenes (OHR). 2. Greet guests and answer the telephone. Taking appopriate messages and answer questions while remaining courteous at all times. 3. Have a thorough understanding of and ability to enforce College policies as outline in the VIking Code and Residence Life Policies. 4. Work closely with other Residence Life staff to ensure efficient and friendly operation of the front desk. 5. Issue and be accountable for temporary keys. 6. Assist with residence hall administrative processes, including programming, opening/closing of res hall facilities, etc. 7. Maintain the organization of the desk and its equipment. 8. Identify potential or actual emergencies, and respond as instructed. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. 10. Dress in appropriate attire and wear appropriate identification. |
