Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Leader to provide Christian leadership and mentorship to youth aged 3rd thru 8TH grade. The ideal candidate will facilitate spiritual growth, organize engaging activities, and serve as a positive role model. We welcome applications from individuals of all Christian denominations. Qualifications • Faith Commitment: Candidates should have a strong Christian faith and be willing to teach biblically based lessons, preferably in the Wesleyan-Methodist tradition. • Experience: Previous experience working with youth is preferred but not required. • Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Capability to plan and lead engaging activities and lessons. o Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Requirements: o Pass a drug test and background check. o Complete Safe Sanctuaries training (provided by the church). o Provide letters of reference. |
