Job Description

The Camps and Conferences Project Manager will work with the Director of Hospitality and Event Services to manage summer camp programming at Berry College.  

Job Requirements
  • Create and maintain large spreadsheet of all summer camp groups
  • Learn EMS scheduling software and manage campus reservations for camps
  • Research app to host contract, waivers and forms for camp groups
  • Utilize project management platform for all components of camps start>finish
  • Manage payment process: creating invoices and tracking payments
  • Update and manage dining and facility request forms
