Overview

The Administrative Support role provides essential operational assistance to both field and office teams. This position supports documentation, reporting, and communication efforts that help keep the company running smoothly. Responsibilities may include auditing and inputting Time & Materials documents, assisting with equipment and vehicle reports, and keeping up with general team reporting.

General Duties and Responsibilities

-       Audit Time & Materials documentation, summarizing in a new updated document as needed.

-       Monitor tools checked out and those returned to ensure efficient resource use.

-       Assist with truck and equipment reports

-       Track general reporting from field teams to support accountability and communication

-       Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

-        Strong organizational skills

-        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management software
