Job Description

The Athletics Mental Health Research & Content Coordinator supports the mental health program by gathering data, research, and student-athlete feedback to help inform programming. This role is well-suited for a student who enjoys research, organization, and translating information into meaningful educational content. 

  • Research student-athlete mental health topics and best practices 

  • Gather resources and evidence-based content for workshops and presentations 

  • Develop and distribute surveys to student-athletes 

  • Analyze survey data and summarize findings 

  • Assist with planning workshop topics and educational initiatives 

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure content is relevant and accurate 

Job Requirements
  • Interest in mental health, psychology, education, or research 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills 

  • Comfortable working with surveys and data 

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 

  • Attention to detail
