Job Description	The Athletics Mental Health Mentor Coordinator oversees the student-athlete peer mentoring program. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys one-on-one conversations, relationship building, and supporting others. The coordinator ensures mentors are well-prepared and that mentor-mentee pairings receive consistent support. Coordinate and manage the peer mentoring program Recruit, train, and support student-athlete mentors Conduct regular check-ins with mentor-mentee pairings Develop educational materials for mentors (videos, worksheets, guides, etc.) Provide ongoing education and resources to mentors Track participation and program engagement
Job Requirements	Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in peer support and mental health education Comfortable leading small groups and one-on-one conversations Organized and dependable Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
