-Leads and strengthens relationships with Berry Impact community partners while overseeing external service engagement and assessment efforts. -Manages partner communication and getting volunteers for projects. -Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with community partners. -Distribute partner contacts as needed. -Secure external sites for service days and large-scale initiatives. -Ensure partner needs are met and communication remains consistent. -Promote meaningful connections between partners and campus groups. -Track service impact and partner satisfaction. -Coordinate partner feedback forms and reflection processes. -Quantify service impact while ensuring quality engagement. -Brainstorm new partnerships and initiatives to expand reach. -Collaborate with Student Director of Service Events on logistics for service days. -Work with Year of Service Coordinator to align cottages with partners. |
