Job Description

The Marthapalooza Committee Member supports the planning and execution of the event by assisting within a specific sub-committee. This role works under a Committee Lead and contributes to the completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Support: Complete assignments and responsibilities delegated by the Committee Lead.
  • Event Planning Assistance: Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing event components within their assigned area.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend weekly meetings and actively contribute ideas and updates.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent communication with the Committee Lead regarding progress and any challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other committee members to achieve shared goals.
  • Event Execution: Assist with event setup, operations during the event, and breakdown afterward.
  • Representation: Serve as a positive and professional representative of Marthapalooza
