Job Description

The duties for an Exercise Science Research Assistant in the Department of Kinesiology include but are not limited to:

  1. Manage various outcomes and responsibilities for research studies
  2. Assist in maintaining a functional laboratory
  3. Attend all on the job trainings, obtain an online CITI certification after hire, and adhere to all lab and school protocols
  4. Assist with the pilot testing of new laboratory equipment
  5. Collect, enter, and analyze study data
  6. Assist with participant recruitment for research studies
  7. Tasks such as cleaning and organizing laboratory equipment and spaces
Job Requirements
  1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  2. Ability to work with human participants
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with others
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Organization skills
